By entering this event, you accept that the Manchester YMCA Harriers will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event.

You declare that you will not attend unless you are in good health on the day of the event and accept that you attend at your own risk.

In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of your entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event.

We only collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary to process your race entry, determine the results of the race and to make contact with somebody in the case of an emergency.

Following the race, we will publish the results of the race on this and other websites. The results will include your full name, your gender, your age category on the day of the race, your club, your finishing position and your time.

We will pass your full name, postal address and email address to Up & Running if you consent to receive marketing information from them.

All other information collected will be deleted immediately following the race.
